I am looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual (Portuguese/English) Virtual Assistant to help me scout rural property listings in southeast, Brazil. Your main task will be searching Brazilian property portals (Zap Imóveis, OLX, Mercado Livre, local "imobiliárias" in the Serra Fluminense etc), and compiling a spreadsheet of potential properties that fit highly specific criteria. The Target Property Criteria:Type: Sítio or Chácara (Rural land) .Size: 2 to 10 Hectares ($20,000$ to $100,000 m^2$). Location: High-altitude mountainous regions of Rio de Janeiro (e.g., Nova Friburgo, Teresópolis, Petrópolis, Guapimirim, Cachoeiras de Macacu). Water: Must have an active water source on the land (nascente, rio, or córrego).Topography: High up, preferably at the top of a valley/watershed with no neighbors living directly above the water source. Legal Status: MUST have full "Escritura" and "RGI". No "Posse" or "Cessão de Direitos" properties will be accepted. Aesthetics: Land must have an amazing mountain view. My dream is to create an agroforestry sitio :) Attaching a dream property I found as an example but it's posse, not incritura... It has: a few HA, tons of water, good climate for growing diverse crops, reachable in a few hours from Rio de Janeiro.
