Break Down Long Form Video's To Shorts

I create long form christian related videos. I need those videos taken and broken into shorter form videos. The short videos will consist of: 1) #shorts - less than 60 seconds. 2) Longer shorts for TikTok - over 60 seconds up to 5 or 6 minutes. 3) Longer standard 1920X1080 videos - parts of the longer form video that can be broken into shorter stand alone videos up to 8 minutes. There is no exact set rule on the lengths of number 2 and 3. Allow the content of the long form video make the determination as to how long these videos should be and where to cut it off at. There will be some overlap. There may be a 4 minute TikTok video that has 1 or 2 sixty second #short videos in it. The 4 minute video can be used on TikTok but not on Facebook or Youtube, so the 60 second videos are necessary for those platforms. So this would 3 separate videos. The length of the video will vary. Some will be 10 or 12 minutes up to 1 hour. Rarely more than an hour. Cost is negotiable depending on the length of the video. I have a complete example of a 37 minute video that I broke down into several videos so that you can get a complete understanding of the task. The one I have currently ready to be edited is 59 minutes long. It's one of the longer videos. I will not accept Ai edited videos. Ai is not capable of doing this task properly. I've just about tried them all, and it doesn't work for these videos. This is a manual editing process. Some parts of the videos transition to where I shrink to one side and have text I'm reading from on the other. Ai cannot edit to account for this transition. Any Ai editing will be rejected.
