We are looking for experienced voice actors to participate in a scripted voice recording project. Selected talent will record provided scripts in a specific performance style, helping create expressive, natural, high-quality speech data for AI voice and language models. This is a remote, flexible project for professional voice actors with strong recording quality, clear delivery, emotional range, and the ability to follow creative direction. Professional, composed, intelligent, refined, warm, and approachable. Suitable for business explainers, e-learning, product narration, and polished instructional reads. If your voice does not fit one of these exact profiles but you have professional voice acting experience and strong audio quality, you are still welcome to apply and describe your vocal range. What You’ll Do - Record scripted voice lines using the provided script and creative direction - Deliver natural, expressive performances aligned with the requested voice profile - Maintain clear diction, consistent pacing, and professional audio quality - Capture the requested tone, emotion, and performance style without overacting - Record in a quiet, controlled environment using consistent equipment - Submit recordings for quality review and make reasonable adjustments if needed Ideal Candidates You may be a strong fit if you have experience in one or more of the following: - Voice acting - Audiobook narration - Documentary narration - Commercial voiceover - E-learning or corporate narration - Meditation, wellness, or sleep story narration - Character-driven reads - Podcast or long-form storytelling - Product explainers or instructional narration - Social media or modern conversational voiceover Performance Expectations We are looking for voices that feel natural, believable, human, and professionally controlled. Performances should match the creative direction for the specific role while maintaining clarity, consistency, and emotional nuance. We are not looking for exaggerated announcer voices, parody performances, cartoonish characters, forced accents, overly theatrical delivery, or poor-quality audio. Technical Requirements - Quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment - Clear audio with no background noise, echo, clipping, distortion, or excessive room tone - Stable internet connection - Professional or studio-grade microphone strongly preferred - Ability to record and submit clean audio files remotely Audition Process Selected applicants will be asked to complete a short audition using provided script lines. The audition will help us evaluate: - Voice quality - Fit for the selected voice profile - Accent accuracy, where relevant - Performance style and emotional control - Recording quality - Clarity and consistency - Ability to follow direction Compensation $75–$125 per recorded hour, depending on fit, experience, and project needs.
