5G Broadcast Technical Project Management Consultant (3GPP Expert)

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Management Consultant with deep expertise in 5G technology to support our growing team at XGN Global. XGN Global is a leader in 5G Broadcast, delivering complete end-to-end solutions from chips and exciters to the full broadcast core and direct-to-mobile platforms. We were the first company to launch a 24/7 5G Broadcast station in the world and are now scaling toward wide-scale commercialization. Scope of Work: Provide expert technical project management across the full 5G Broadcast stack (chips/hardware → core network → receivers). Manage product development lifecycles and ensure alignment with 3GPP Release 14/16/17/18/19+ broadcast standards (MBS, e-MBMS, fe-MBMS, etc.). Support cross-functional coordination between hardware, software, RF, and standards teams. Contribute to standards activities (5G-MAG, ETSI, 3GPP) and trade show preparation (NAB, IBC, MWC). Required Skills & Experience: Master’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Strong end-to-end technical knowledge of 5G Broadcast systems — from chipset level through the core network. Deep practical understanding of 3GPP 5G broadcast/multicast specifications. Proven experience managing complex technical projects in telecom, broadcast, or wireless product development. Experience with QXDM and PCAT for diagnostics, logging, and testing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Hands-on experience with AI/ML applied to telecom, networking, or broadcast systems. Active participation in 5G-MAG, ETSI, or 3GPP working groups. Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
