Brochure Design - Civil Engineering Business

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a professional, image-led capabilities brochure for Terol Engineering, a Civil 3D and civil engineering consultancy supporting clients across North America. The brochure will be used when approaching engineering consultancies, developers and potential clients. It needs to clearly explain our services while also showcasing examples of our previous engineering and Civil 3D work. We already have: * An established logo, website and colour palette * Existing company and service information * A large selection of project images, drawings, Civil 3D models and renders * Examples of the types of projects we want to feature * An initial brochure concept that can be used for direction The finished brochure should: * Match the branding of our logo and website: terolengineering.com * Look modern, technical and professional * Be visually led rather than overly text-heavy * Include well-designed sample project and case-study pages * Clearly present our Civil 3D, grading, utility, stormwater and land-development capabilities * Position our team as an extension of a client’s engineering department * Be suitable for prospective clients in the United States and Canada * Be created in Canva so that we can update it ourselves * Be suitable for both digital sharing and high-quality PDF export We expect the brochure to be approximately 10–15 pages, although we are open to the designer’s recommendations. We would like a flexible project-page layout that can be duplicated as we add further examples. The designer will be provided with our logo, website, existing wording and a large library of images. We would also welcome help refining and shortening the copy so that each page remains clear and visually balanced. Please include examples of previous brochures, capability statements, company profiles or technical/engineering documents you have designed. Experience creating brochures for engineering, architecture, construction or professional-service businesses would be particularly useful. Deliverables: * Final editable Canva design * Print-ready and web-optimised PDF versions * Consistent page templates for future project examples * All fonts, colours and design elements clearly set up for reuse When applying, please explain how you would approach turning a large collection of technical project images into a consistent and engaging brochure.
