Brtr&Pay- Cold Email (Compile/Research Email List & Outreach Specialist)

Overview: We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Cold Email Market Researcher & Outreach Specialist for Brtr&Pay (https://brtrandpay.com) to help grow our business through targeted email outreach. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys research, organization, and relationship-building. If you're experienced with lead generation, cold email campaigns, and follow-up strategies, we'd love to hear from you. Monthly Budget: $250/Month USD (Long-Term) Increased compensation may be offered based on results. Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include: • Research and identify qualified leads based on our target audience. • Compile accurate lead lists (name, company, email, website, LinkedIn, and other relevant information). • Verify email addresses to minimize bounce rates. • Personalize and draft cold outreach emails using provided templates and messaging guidelines. • Send cold email campaigns through our preferred outreach platform. • Track email performance (opens, replies, bounce rates, etc.). • Follow up with prospects who have not responded. • Organize all outreach activities in spreadsheets or CRM. • Maintain accurate records of conversations and campaign performance. • Provide weekly reports summarizing outreach efforts and results. Ideal Candidate: We're looking for someone who: • Has experience with B2B cold email outreach. • Is skilled at online research and lead generation. • Writes professional, concise, and engaging emails. • Has excellent English communication skills. • Is highly organized and detail-oriented. • Can work independently and meet deadlines. • Understands email deliverability best practices. • Has experience using tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, Clay, Hunter.io, Snov.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets, or similar platforms. Preferred Experience: Experience in one or more of the following industries is a plus: • Entertainment • Marketing • Technology • Startups Deliverables: Each month, you'll be responsible for: • Researching qualified prospects • Building and organizing lead lists (At least 1000) • Drafting and sending outreach emails • Following up with prospects • Updating outreach tracking sheets/CRM • Providing weekly progress reports To Apply: Please include: 1.
