Bubble.io Developer Needed for B2B Leave Tracking & Workforce Planning MVP (No-Code)Project Description: I am seeking an experienced Bubble.io developer to build the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a web and mobile-responsive application focused on Annual Leave Tracking and Workforce Planning for UK small businesses. I am an HR professional, not an IT expert. I have already created a blank Bubble.io account and am looking for an expert to handle the relational database configuration, frontend user design, and automated notification setups. Core Project Features (The Scope): Database Setup: 4 basic data types (Companies, Users, Leave Requests, Workforce Forecasts) with clean relational links. Employee View: A simple mobile-responsive request form with date pickers, dropdown selection for leave types (annual, sick, parental), and balance display. Manager View: A desktop dashboard showing pending requests with simple [Approve] / [Deny] click actions. Workforce Calendar: A visual dashboard using a calendar layout that automatically calculates remaining active headcount and flags days in Red if approved time-off drops staffing levels below the manager's manually input forecast targets. Automations: Setting up clean webhooks using Make.com or standard plugins to route automated email confirmations to the employee, manager, and HR simultaneously upon approval Fixed-Price Milestone & Payment Structure: This project will be strictly run on a Fixed-Price Milestone Basis. Payments will only be released from escrow after each distinct feature set is reviewed and manually tested by myself. The milestones are structured as follows: Milestone 1 (25% of Budget): Data Architecture SetupDeliverable: Full configuration of the 4 database tables and user roles inside my Bubble account. Milestone 2 (25% of Budget): Frontend UI DesignDeliverable: Completion of the mobile employee page layout and the desktop manager dashboard layout. Milestone 3 (25% of Budget): Workflows & Forecasting Logic Deliverable: Interactive button functionality working. Submission form routes requests, and the calendar successfully changes color based on workforce planning calculations. Milestone 4 (25% of Budget): Automations, Testing & Handover Deliverable: Setup of the multi-party email/Teams routing via Make.com. Final bug fixes completed following user testing, and project handoff. Project Requirements & Terms: Must have a proven portfolio of functional, multi-user Bubble.io applications. The application MUST be built completely inside my personal Bubble.io account—access will be provided securely via the settings collaboration panel. Must be willing to sign a standard NDA/IP Assignment before starting.
