Bubble.io Developer — Mobile + Desktop Trade Order Management App

I am building Order Master (working title) a two-sided web application connecting tradies (electricians, plumbers, builders) with their trade wholesalers, built on Bubble.io. Tradies need a mobile-responsive web app to track live order status, view back orders and ETAs, approve alternative products, and message their wholesaler, all from their phone in the field. Wholesaler staff need a desktop web app to manage incoming orders, update status in real time, flag back orders with type and ETA, suggest alternative products, and message tradies reducing phone calls and admin time. Both experiences are built within a single Bubble.io application using role-based access. The tradie view must be mobile-first and the wholesaler view must be desktop-optimised. A full clickable prototype and detailed technical brief are ready to share with shortlisted applicants. The data structure, all pages, features, and user journeys are fully documented. Core features include live order tracking with progress bars, back order management with branch transfer or supplier back order flagging, alternative product suggestions with accept or decline, per-order messaging, multi-wholesaler support, and in-app notifications. Stripe will be needed for dual subscription billing, one plan for tradies, one for wholesaler staff.
