Bubble.io Senior Developer – Build Healthcare Staffing Marketplace MVP (Fixed Price)

I’m looking for an experienced Bubble.io developer (or small Bubble team) to build PickUpShifts, a two-sided healthcare staffing marketplace connecting healthcare facilities with independent healthcare professionals. This is a fixed-price project with clearly defined milestones and deliverables. No milestone will be released until all functionality for that milestone has been demonstrated and approved. ⸻ Milestone Structure Milestone 1 – $1,000 Foundation Deliverables: * Bubble application setup * Public landing page * Facility registration * Contractor registration * Hidden Admin login * Role-based authentication * Database setup * Responsive navigation Payment released only after successful testing. ⸻ Milestone 2 – $900 Deliverables: * Facility profile * Contractor profile * Shift posting * Shift search * Basic dashboards * Document upload Payment released after successful testing. ⸻ Milestone 3 – $1,000 Deliverables: * Bidding * Counteroffers * Stripe Connect * Payment verification * Platform fee calculations * Credential expiration tracking * Automated reminders Payment released after testing. ⸻ Milestone 4 – $1,000 Deliverables: * Admin Dashboard * Messaging * Ratings * Favorites * Availability Marketplace * Weekly billing * Reporting Payment released after approval. ⸻ Milestone 5 – $1,000 Deliverables: * Disputes * Referral system * Templates * Final QA * Bug fixes * Production launch * Deployment Payment released after successful launch. ⸻ Ownership Upon final payment: * Client owns 100% of the Bubble application. * Client owns all workflows. * Client owns all database structures. * Client owns all designs. * Client owns all custom code (if any). * Client owns all API integrations. * Client owns all plugins and configurations purchased for the project. * Client receives full Bubble administrator access. * The application will be transferred to the Client’s Bubble account (or built directly in the Client’s Bubble account). Developer retains no ownership rights after final payment. ⸻ Source Files & Handoff Before the final milestone is released, the developer must provide: * Complete Bubble application * Database structure * Workflow documentation * Plugin list * API documentation * Stripe configuration * Domain configuration * Instructions for future maintenance * Any custom code used ⸻ Testing Each milestone must include: * Working demo * Testing period * Bug fixes related to that milestone before payment is released. ⸻ Warranty Developer agrees to provide: 60 days of post-launch bug support This includes correcting any bugs or defects related to the agreed project scope at no additional charge. This does not include new features requested after launch. ⸻ Communication * Weekly progress updates * Demonstration of completed milestone before payment * Upwork messages will be the primary communication method. “Additional Terms” * All work must be created directly in my Bubble account or transferred to my Bubble account before the final payment. * All intellectual property and source materials become my sole property upon payment. * No subcontracting without my written approval. * The developer may not reuse, sell, or redistribute any proprietary workflows, branding, or business logic created specifically for PickUpShifts. * All milestones require my written approval before payment is released. * A 60-day post-launch bug-fix period is included. * Documentation and a complete handoff are required before the final milestone payment. * If the project is terminated early, I retain ownership of all completed work that has been paid for.
