Budget & Financial Planning Consultant (One-Month Contract)

We are looking for an experienced budgeting and financial planning consultant to help develop a comprehensive project budget. This is a one-month contract for someone with strong experience building detailed budgets, financial models, and cost estimates. Responsibilities - Develop a detailed project budget in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. - Estimate costs across multiple categories based on project requirements. - Build a clear, well-organized budget model with formulas. - Review assumptions and identify potential cost risks or savings. - Revise the budget based on feedback. Requirements - Proven experience preparing project or operational budgets. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including formulas, linked worksheets, and financial modeling. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to organize complex financial information into a clear, easy-to-use budget. - Experience with startups, research organizations, healthcare, biotech, or similar industries is a plus. Project Length One-month contract. Flexible schedule with agreed milestones.
