Build Advanced AI Sales Chatbot (GoHighLevel) for Credit Repair Community

Job Description: We are looking for a high-level AI automation expert to build a best-in-class AI chatbot system inside GoHighLevel (GHL) for a credit repair business. This is NOT a basic chatbot. We want to build a fully automated AI sales assistant that can: Have natural conversations (text + voice) Follow up automatically Close prospects into a paid credit repair community Be cloned and deployed across multiple clients (snapshot system) If you’ve built AI sales agents, conversational AI, or GHL automation systems at a high level, this is for you. Project Overview: We are building a scalable AI chatbot system that acts like a real human sales rep for credit repair businesses. The bot should: Sound like the brand owner / face of the company Handle objections Follow proven sales flows Convert leads into paying members Core Features Required: 1. AI Sales Conversations (Text + Voice) Human-like responses (NOT robotic) Ability to mimic brand voice/personality Handle objections and guide toward purchase Conversational memory (context aware) 2. Voice Capabilities Send AI-generated voice notes Receive and transcribe voice messages Respond intelligently to voice inputs 3. Multimedia Messaging Send images, screenshots, proof, testimonials when needed Trigger media based on conversation context 4. Automated Follow-Up System Smart follow-ups based on behavior: Didn’t respond Clicked but didn’t buy Asked questions but didn’t convert Multi-day follow-up sequences Personalized messaging (not generic blasts) 5. Sales & Conversion Tracking Detect when a user: Purchases Books a call Joins community Automatically: Stop sales messaging Send onboarding / next steps Tag + update CRM 6. GoHighLevel Integration Must be built inside GHL using: Workflows Conversations AI (if applicable) Webhooks / API integrations (if needed) Custom values / tagging system 7. Snapshot System (VERY IMPORTANT) Entire system must be: Cleanly structured Documented Easily duplicated across clients Ability to swap: Brand voice Offer Links Testimonials 8. AI Training / Prompt Engineering Build strong system prompts for: Sales conversations Objection handling Tone/personality matching Ability to adjust for different niches later Bonus (Preferred but Not Required): Experience with: Twilio / SMS / iMessage automation WhatsApp API OpenAI / GPT integrations ElevenLabs or voice AI tools Experience building AI closers or appointment setters Experience in credit repair, funding, or info-product sales Deliverables: Fully functional AI chatbot system inside GHL Snapshot ready for duplication Clean workflow architecture Documentation + Loom walkthrough Testing + optimization support To Apply, Include: Examples of similar AI/chatbot systems you’ve built Specific experience with GoHighLevel automation Tools/stack you would use for: Voice AI Transcription AI responses How you would structure this for scalability (snapshot system) Why you’re the right person for this Important: We are NOT looking for beginners.
