Build me a AI Agent to Cold Call Localized Leads for my Company from a Local 808 Area Code Number

Rate: Depends upon experience Newbies & agencies need not apply Description: I'm looking for somebody who can build me a tool that will cold call potential leads. I operate a Treework company and have 100,000+ leads I need to have called. * Determine the best engine for natural conversations (Multiple AI voices tested for performance would be preferred) * My leads are in a tool called Mojo dialer, and the fields are name, phone number, address and email. I’m wanting a solution that can integrate with my existing mojo account and at a minimum be able to get the leads from Mojo into the solution easily as Mojo is where I get my leads or at a maximum leverage everything in Mojo and only supply the ai voice to talk to Mojo. * All leads located in the 808 (Hawaii) area * AI agent shall be fully automated * The goal is to determine if they need Treework and book estimates (get their address and agree to doing an estimate), no need to mention my company name it will be incognito until after I visit and perform the onsite estimate. * I have a script * AI should handle objections and follow-up questions naturally and can adapt dynamically based upon responses * I want recordings, transcripts, and performance analytics. * No need to integrate with CRM or calendar * I want it to sound very natural and conversational * should be able to handle voicemails (can be aggressive and logic based based upon previous outcomes), and log opt outs. I have many successful conversations in my mojo account that can be used to train the bot.
