Build a CRO Tracker/ Operating System in Airtable

About us We're a Shopify agency specialising in conversion rate optimisation, store builds, and migrations. We run structured experimentation programs for e-commerce brands and need someone to help us finish an internal tool. The project We're building a CRO Tracker in Airtable for one client. It's the operating system for their experimentation program. It holds research insights, scored test ideas, live experiments, results, and the revenue we generate. What's already built (and can be reused) - Six core tables: Research Insights, Test Ideas, Experiments, Metrics, Pages, Devices - A working priority-scoring system on Test Ideas, with an automated score formula that factors in iteration status, research volume, unique research sources, page and device priority, and design/dev effort - Auto-generated record titles and experiment naming conventions - Links between all tables (insights feed ideas, ideas promote to experiments, etc.) What we need you to do 1. Complete the results and revenue layer on the Experiments table. We need fields for experiment type, test result (win/loss/flat), relative potential revenue, solution type, and optimisation pillar. Think Speero / CXL-style reporting. 2. Refine the scoring formula so each factor sits on a consistent scale, and make the "unique research sources" count update automatically from linked records rather than manual entry. 3. Build the consumable layer as an Airtable Interface: a research library, a testing roadmap, a tests-in-production view, a test-results view, and a program-metrics dashboard (velocity, win rate, revenue discovered). 4. QA the whole base and document how it works. Requirements: - Airtable only. We use formulas, rollups, lookups, automations, and Interfaces. - Built for one client for now. We may extend it to more clients later, so a clean structure matters. ## Who we're looking for - A proven Airtable expert, comfortable with complex formulas, rollups, lookups, automations, and Interfaces - You must have built a CRO or experimentation program tracker before - Familiarity with prioritisation frameworks and experiment reporting is a real plus
