Build AI Chatbot Development for eCommerce Platform (OpenAI / Claude API)

I'm looking for a developer to integrate an AI-powered chatbot into my existing eCommerce web application. The platform sells fashion accessories and we need the chatbot to handle product recommendations and common customer questions to reduce support load. The chatbot should handle user queries, maintain context across the conversation, and connect to my backend via REST API.
