We are a design, agency looking to build a focused AI automation system with make.com or n8n for our client intake and project setup workflow. This project is not for automating our entire business. The goal is to create one clean workflow that takes a new inquiry and automatically moves it through: Lead captured → CRM record created → internal notification sent → client booked → project created → folders created → onboarding email sent → tasks assigned
