Build a Compliant TikTok & Instagram DM Automation System

We are looking for an experienced developer to design and build a compliant direct-message automation system for TikTok and Instagram. The goal is to manage legitimate, permission-based outreach and customer communications reliably while respecting each platform's terms, API limitations, rate limits, and messaging policies. We are not looking for spam, CAPTCHA bypasses, unofficial account takeovers, proxy-based evasion, or any method intended to circumvent platform enforcement. Key requirements: - Evaluate what is currently possible through the official Meta/Instagram and TikTok APIs - Implement secure OAuth/account connection flows where supported - Build a message queue with scheduling, configurable per-account rate limits, retries, and duplicate prevention - Support approved message templates and personalization fields - Add recipient consent, suppression-list, and opt-out handling - Add campaign controls, logs, delivery/error status, alerts, and an emergency pause - Automatically pause sending when API errors or account-risk signals appear - Provide a simple dashboard for managing accounts, campaigns, recipients, and message history - Deploy the system and provide setup/maintenance documentation Preferred stack: Node.js/TypeScript or Python for the backend, a modern web frontend, PostgreSQL or Supabase, and a reliable job queue.
