Build Custom Gamified Field Service Management (FSM) SaaS App

Project Overview: I am looking for a talented Full-Stack Mobile App Developer or an Agency to build a custom, from-scratch Field Service Management (FSM) SaaS application. This platform will consist of a Master Admin Panel, Client Dashboards, and an Employee Mobile App (Android & iOS). This is a subscription-based product (SaaS) that I plan to commercialize and sell to other business owners. Therefore, full Source Code Ownership and Intellectual Property (IP) rights transfer are mandatory upon completion. Core Features Required: 1. Multi-Tenant SaaS Architecture: * Super Admin Panel (My Dashboard): To manage subscription tiers, onboard/offboard clients, and track recurring payments. * Client Dashboard (Business Owner Panel): A private space for my future corporate clients to onboard their field workers, manage tasks, and view analytics. 2. Core Field & Task Management Features: * Task Assignment & Navigation: Clients can assign tasks with exact coordinates. Employees receive tasks in their app with built-in map navigation. * Live GPS Tracking: Real-time map tracking to monitor the live location and arrival times of active field employees. * Automated Notifications: Instant alerts triggered to the employee via WhatsApp API and In-App Push Notifications as soon as a task is assigned. 3. Advanced Gamification & Incentive Engine: * Employee Performance Levels: A visible gamified progress bar inside the employee app showing their current tier (e.g., Silver, Gold, Platinum) and remaining tasks required to level up. * In-App Incentive Wallet: A dedicated fintech-style wallet tab displaying daily/monthly earnings, bonuses, and deep incentive breakdowns based on custom rules (e.g., Bonus for more than 5 tasks completed a day, or incentive for 100 percent on-time arrival). Mandatory Deliverables: * 100% clean, documented Source Code (via GitHub/GitLab). * Full IP and ownership rights transfer. * Complete deployment support on cloud servers (AWS/GCP) and deployment to Google Play Store & Apple App Store.
