Build a Custom Parent Portal & Booking Platform for Online Tutoring Business Code Ownership Required

Full Stack Developer Needed – Build a Custom Tutoring Platform (Web + Mobile) I’m the owner of a growing online tutoring business in Australia. Over the past year I’ve mapped out exactly how I want my business to operate and now I’m looking for the right developer to build a custom platform that I own. My goal is to move away from relying on multiple subscription platforms and instead have my own software that can grow with my business. I’m not looking for someone who simply follows instructions. I’m looking for someone who can become a long-term technical partner, challenge my ideas when there’s a better solution, and help design the best architecture for the future. What I need A custom web platform (with the ability to build a mobile app later) that includes: * Parent login * Student profiles * Package management (remaining sessions/minutes) * Online booking * Recurring protected tutoring timeslots * Rescheduling and cancellations * Payments * Admin dashboard * Notifications and reminders * Reporting * Future AI features My business model Every student has their own recurring weekly tutoring timeslot. The important requirement is that each family should only be able to view and book their own protected recurring availability. Other students’ reserved times must remain completely hidden. Parents should be able to: * Log in once * View their children * View remaining package balance * Book sessions * Reschedule or cancel when permitted * Complete everything with as few clicks as possible. My biggest goal is reducing admin while creating an exceptional experience for parents. What I’m looking for I’d like someone who can: * Review my current workflows * Recommend the best architecture * Explain technical decisions in plain English * Build the platform in stages * Write clean, maintainable code * Provide documentation so I own and understand the system I want to own the source code and intellectual property.
