Build Grant Matching & Application AI Agents (n8n)

BUILD GRANT MATCHING & APPLICATION AI AGENTS (N8N) We're building a grant matching & application service for tax professionals and business owners. The intake form is already built and ready. We just need you to build two chained AI agents in n8n that connect to it and call our Claude API. This is a clean, scoped project with growth potential if you deliver quality work. SCOPE OF WORK We need two chained n8n agents that call Claude API: AGENT 1: GRANT MATCHING Pulls client data from our existing intake form (already built & mapped) Calls Claude API with a prompt to search grants.gov database Returns TOP 5 grant matches with: Grant name & amount, Application deadline, Eligibility criteria, Brief description AGENT 2: GRANT APPLICATION DRAFTING Takes one selected grant (from Agent 1) + client data Calls Claude API with a prompt to draft tailored application Generates first draft covering: Statement of need, Project description, Budget overview, Organization info Output: Ready-for-review draft (human always reviews before submission) INTEGRATION Both agents chained in one n8n workflow Results routed to single inbox for team review Connected to existing form submission WHAT WE PROVIDE ✓ Fully built & mapped intake form (you don't build this) ✓ Active Claude API access + API key (already set up, ready to use) ✓ Clear prompts & specifications for each agent ✓ Test data to work with ✓ Direct communication with project owner (Holly Scott) REQUIREMENTS ✓ Strong n8n experience (workflow design, chaining, testing) ✓ Experience integrating Claude API (or similar LLM APIs) ✓ Clean, documented workflow code ✓ Ability to deliver ASAP (2-3 weeks ideal) ✓ Responsive communication ✓ Problem-solving mindset NICE TO HAVE: ✓ Experience with grants.gov or similar grant databases ✓ Experience with multi-step AI workflows ✓ Background in tax/business services DELIVERABLES Two functioning n8n agents (matching + drafting) Workflow documentation explaining logic & Claude API calls Test runs showing successful grant matches & application drafts Setup instructions for our team Support for first week of live testing TIMELINE ASAP Start → Mid-September delivery (before Sept 30 product launch) Estimated 2-3 weeks active work, depending on complexity.
