Build an Interactive Hotel Map (Web-Based, Clickable Resort Map)

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to create an interactive map for hotels and resorts The map should let guests visually explore a property, while clicking on buildings, restaurants, pools, rooms, facilities, and points of interest to see names, photos, and descriptions. What the map should include: A custom illustrated or vector-based map of the hotel/resort layout Clickable hotspots/markers on key locations (restaurants, bars, pools, beach, spa, gym, reception, room blocks, parking, etc.) Pop-up info cards on click/hover showing name, photo, short description, and operating hours Search and/or category filters (e.g., "Dining," "Activities," "Facilities") Zoom and pan functionality Smooth performance on desktop and mobile (fully responsive) Clean, modern UI matching the hotel's branding Deliverables: Fully functional interactive map embeddable on a website (iframe or hosted page) Source files and documentation Easy way to update/add locations later (CMS or editable config preferred) Tech preferences (open to suggestions): HTML/CSS/JavaScript, with libraries such as Leaflet, Mapbox, SVG-based maps, or similar Responsive and lightweight To apply, please include: Examples of previous interactive maps or similar visual/UI work Your recommended approach and tech stack Estimated timeline and cost for one hotel map Whether you can also produce the map illustration, or if I need to provide artwork This is the first of potentially multiple hotel maps, so I'm looking for someone reliable for ongoing work.
