Summary

Project Overview I'm launching a local meat-delivery business on the North Shore of Vancouver (West & North Vancouver). I source meat wholesale from a butcher and deliver to homes — fresh and frozen, one-off and recurring/subscription orders. I have the strategy, the copy, the offers, and the financial model already done. I need one capable freelancer (or a small team) to take that material and actually build and launch the online business: a Shopify store with subscriptions, connected billing/payments, the referral program, the marketing campaigns, and all the tracking — so I can start taking orders. This is a build-and-launch project. I'm looking for someone who has done this kind of end-to-end Shopify + subscription + paid-marketing setup before, not someone learning on my project. What I Need You to Do (Scope) 1. Shopify store Build a clean, conversion-focused Shopify store from my provided copy and brand direction. Product catalog setup (individual cuts + curated boxes). A high-converting landing/home page using my supplied copy and structure. Mobile-first, fast-loading, professional. 2. Subscriptions / recurring orders Implement recurring boxes (weekly / bi-weekly) with customer self-serve pause, skip, change, and cancel. Recommend and set up the right subscription app (e.g., Recharge, Loop, or similar) and justify the choice. 3. Billing & payments Connect and test payment processing (Shopify Payments / Stripe), including for recurring billing. Taxes and a flat delivery fee configured correctly. 4. Delivery-area gating Restrict checkout / flag orders to North Shore postal codes (West Vancouver + North Vancouver, V7 area). Customers outside the zone should be clearly handled. 5. Referral program Implement a two-sided "Give $20 / Get $20" referral program (e.g., Smile.io, ReferralCandy, or similar) — referral codes, tracking, and reward issuance after the referred order is delivered. 6. Email / SMS lifecycle Set up core flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-delivery referral ask, win-back) in Klaviyo or similar, using my copy. 7. Marketing campaign setup Set up Meta Business Manager + Meta/Instagram ad campaigns from my provided ad copy and creative direction (geo-targeted to the North Shore, with separate West Van / North Van ad sets). Set up Google Search campaign for high-intent local keywords. Install and verify all tracking: Meta Pixel/Conversions API, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads tag, conversion events. 8. Launch readiness Test the full path end-to-end (order → payment → confirmation → subscription → referral), fix issues, and hand over with documentation and a short walkthrough video so I can run it day-to-day. What I'll Provide Full landing page and website copy/images Meta/Google ad copy and creative direction (4 ad concepts) Referral program mechanics and all customer-facing copy Brand name and basic brand direction (logo/visuals: tell me if you can do this too, or I'll supply) Business plan, financial model, and offer details for context (I have a complete launch kit and plan ready to share with the selected freelancer.) Skills & Experience Required Proven Shopify store builds — please link 2–3 live stores you've built, ideally with subscriptions and/or food/local-delivery brands. Hands-on with a subscription app (Recharge, Loop, or equivalent). Referral app and email/SMS (Klaviyo) experience. Meta Ads Manager + Google Ads campaign setup, including pixel/Conversions API and GA4. Strong attention to detail and clear communication; comfortable working from supplied copy and a brief. Bonus: experience with local delivery / postal-zone gating, and basic brand/logo design. Engagement & Budget (My Recommendation) Structure: fixed-price, milestone-based project — this is my first hire for this, so I want to pay for defined deliverables rather than open-ended hours. Suggested milestones: Store build + product setup + landing page — (deposit + milestone payment) Subscriptions + billing + delivery-zone gating, fully tested Referral program + email/SMS flows Ad accounts, campaigns, and tracking set up + end-to-end launch test & handover Budget: If you work hourly, share your rate and an estimated total. Open to a reasonable proposal from the right person. After launch: I'd like the option of a short paid support window (2–4 weeks) to fix issues and optimize the ad campaigns before full handover — note your availability and rate for that.
