Build Me a Legal Desk

I want to know all the legal firms in the UK by office and have all the contacts at each company. We are a recruitment agency opening a legal desk. For this legal mapping project, the main skills required are: 1. LinkedIn research They need to be good at finding the right people, not just random employees. You want Partners, Heads of Department, Managing Partners, HR, People and Talent contacts. 2. Legal market understanding They need to understand basic legal practice areas, for example commercial property, secured lending, corporate, employment, litigation and private client. Otherwise they will give you irrelevant firms and contacts. 3. Data accuracy They must be good at checking names, job titles, firms, locations, websites and LinkedIn URLs. Accuracy matters more than volume. 4. Lead generation experience This is basically B2B lead generation for a recruitment desk. They should know how to build a target list that can actually be used for outreach. 5. Spreadsheet/database skills They need to be comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel, with clean columns, filters, no duplicates and proper formatting. 6. Source checking They should add where they found the information, for example LinkedIn, firm website, Legal 500, Chambers, Law Society or SRA. 7. Judgement This is the big one. They need to know the difference between a useful target and a waste of time. A Commercial Property Partner at a strong regional firm is useful. A trainee solicitor or receptionist at a tiny high street firm is not. The ideal person will have strong LinkedIn research, B2B lead generation and database building experience. Experience researching UK law firms, legal recruitment, professional services or partner level contacts would be highly useful. You must be able to identify relevant decision makers, including Managing Partners, Heads of Department, Partners, HR Managers, People Managers and Talent Acquisition contacts. Accuracy is more important than volume. I need a clean, usable database with verified firms, relevant contacts, LinkedIn URLs, practice areas and source links.
