Build Logistics Operations System in Google Sheets + KPI Dashboard (with OCR)

We’re a growing logistics and delivery company. We currently track operations using multiple disorganized Google Sheets and Forms. We need an experienced freelancer to build a clean, professional logistics operations system that includes OCR for photos and lays the foundation for a customer/driver portal. Key Requirements: Create a central “Delivery Record” as the single source of truth Standardize parcel categories (Envelopes, Small/Medium/Large Boxes, Pallets, Oversized) Build an automated KPI Dashboard (deliveries, packages, on-time %, driver performance, customer satisfaction, exceptions, etc.) Use Google Apps Script for automation (Delivery ID generation, data syncing, dashboard updates, alerts) OCR functionality: Extract text from uploaded delivery photos (signatures, labels, quarantine notes, etc.) Build the foundation for a simple web portal (for drivers to submit deliveries and for customers to view status) Help organize existing SOPs into a professional Operations Manual (Word + PDF) Skills Needed: Expert in Google Sheets + Google Apps Script Experience with OCR (Google Vision API, Tesseract, or similar) integrated with Google Sheets/Drive Experience building simple web portals or interfaces is a big plus Previous work building logistics or delivery systems is highly desired Clean design and good documentation skills Budget: $2,000 – $3,000 fixed price (milestone payments) Timeline: 3–5 weeks Please include examples of similar work (especially Google Sheets + OCR or portal projects) in your proposal.
