Build MVP Web Platform for Visa Case Management (Admin + Client View + Candidate Portal)

Project Overview We are building a Phase 1 MVP for an internal web platform to manage and track candidate visa cases. The platform will be used to organize operations, track progress, manage documents, and provide clients with a clear, real-time view of their candidates. This is NOT a simple website. This is a structured system with workflows, user roles, and case tracking. Main Objective Build a clean, fast, and scalable web application to: Manage candidate cases Track status and timeline Handle document uploads and approvals Assign external offices Provide clients with a real-time dashboard (view-only) Provide a simple portal for candidates Client Experience (Very Important) Clients must be able to log in and view a real-time report of their candidates, including: Current status Missing documents Latest updates Timeline summary This should function as a live dashboard (not static reports). The system must also allow a simple way to print or export this view as a basic report.
