Build a Mobile App in Flutter (iOS/Android) for a smart parking company.

OVERVIEW We are building a consumer-facing mobile app for an on-demand urban access platform — think real-time map discovery, slot selection, and one-tap entry. The app is the primary touchpoint for our end users and needs to feel fast, clean, and intuitive. We already have a web MVP that's nearly ready to ship. This engagement is about building the mobile app from scratch in Flutter, using the existing website and our brand guidelines as the blueprint. The focus is purely on delivering polished, production-ready screens that mirror the web experience and feel great to use — no backend work required for now. API integration, payments, and similar work aren't part of this scope, though there may be room for future collaboration (not promised). TIMELINES We're looking for a 6–12 week collaboration starting in July. We'd want a working draft of the mobile app roughly four weeks after kickoff, followed by ongoing improvements and iterations. WHAT WE NEED BUILT – Onboarding flow — splash, sign-up, log-in, licence plate input – Map screen — interactive map (flutter_map or google_maps_flutter) with available location markers – Location detail screen — info, availability slots, pricing display – Booking / session flow — select slot, confirm, active session view with countdown timer – Gate access screen — QR code display and a manual “open” trigger button (mocked) – User profile — saved vehicles (plates), booking history, basic settings – Notification stubs — booking confirmed, session ending soon All screens must follow our existing design system. We will provide brand tokens (colors, typography, spacing), a component reference, and annotated design guidelines before work begins. These must be implemented as a proper Flutter ThemeData and shared widget library — not hardcoded per screen. Pixel-fidelity to provided designs is expected. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS – Flutter with Dart — latest stable release – Riverpod for state management — no Provider, no Bloc – GoRouter for declarative navigation – flutter_map, open_street_map or google_maps_flutter for the map screen – Custom ThemeData built from our brand token set — all colors, fonts, and spacing centralized – flutter_screenutil or equivalent for responsive layout across device sizes – qr_flutter for QR code rendering on the gate access screen – Flutter build pipeline configured for iOS and Android – Clean, modular widget structure — codebase will be handed to an in-house team post-MVP WHAT WE PROVIDE – Brand token set — exact color values, font family (Montserrat), spacing scale, border radii – Screen-level design annotations and UX flow descriptions – Component references from our existing web app — visual reference only, not Flutter code – Direct async communication via Slack or Notion — we are responsive and decisive DELIVERABLES – All screens implemented in a clean Flutter project, committed to a private GitHub repo – Centralized theme file and reusable widget library with documented usage – Working builds on both iOS Simulator and Android Emulator at each milestone – Short Loom walkthrough of each milestone before sign-off IN YOUR PROPOSAL, PLEASE INCLUDE – Two examples of Flutter apps you have shipped (App Store or Play Store links preferred) – Your preferred milestone structure for a project of this scope – Your availability and timezone – A brief note on how you approach design handoff — can you work from annotated references and token files, or do you require a Figma source file?
