Build a Mobile app that has tracking capabilities , appointment reminders, scheduling etc.

I’m looking for an experienced developer or team to build a cross-platform mobile app (iOS and Android) along with a web-based admin dashboard. The app will be used strictly for scheduling and managing mobile notary appointments. It will not perform notarizations or include any in-app notarization functionality. Customers will be able to request either a mobile in-person appointment or select a remote appointment category for classification purposes only. Customers should be able to create accounts, book appointments by selecting date, time, location, and service type, and upload photos of their government-issued ID (front and back) along with any supporting documents before an appointment is approved. They will also receive automated notifications such as confirmation, reminders, en route updates, and arrival alerts, along with real-time appointment status tracking. On the notary side, I need an app that allows me to manage incoming appointments, accept or decline requests, review uploaded documents before travel, update appointment status, send notifications, and navigate to appointment locations using Google Maps or Apple Maps. The admin dashboard should provide a calendar view, full appointment and customer management, access to uploaded documents, and the ability to manage notification templates. Because this app will handle sensitive personal data, the developer must implement secure authentication, encrypted storage, and secure file upload handling. Before development begins, I require wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and a clickable prototype for approval. This will be a fixed-price project with milestone-based payments. Final delivery must include full source code, database, deployment documentation, assistance with App Store and Google Play submissions, and a 90-day bug fix period after launch. Upon completion, I will retain full ownership of all code, designs, and project assets.
