Build a Modern, Static Personal Portfolio Website

I'm looking for a talented web developer to build a clean, modern, and professional personal portfolio website for me. This is a project I've been wanting to get done for a while, and I want it to look really polished and impressive — not just a basic template. What I need: I want a fully responsive portfolio website that works smoothly on all devices — desktop, tablet, and mobile. The site should have a great design with smooth animations and a professional feel. It should include sections like About Me, Skills, Projects, and a Contact form. Tech Stack Required: - HTML5 — for clean, semantic structure - CSS3 — for styling, layouts, and animations - JavaScript — for interactivity and dynamic behaviour - AngularJS — for handling the frontend logic and structure Please only apply if you're comfortable working with AngularJS specifically, as that's the framework I want to use for this project.
