Build AI-Powered 360/VR Creator Discovery & Outreach Platform

We are building an AI-powered tool to identify, analyze, and engage 360/VR content creators across multiple platforms. The goal is to create a scalable system that: Discovers 360/VR content creators across platforms Aggregates structured creator profiles (content, reach, niche, links) Identifies publicly available contact channels (email, social, websites) Enables personalized outreach campaigns to onboard creators onto our platform Scope of Work: Phase 1: Creator Discovery and Aggregation Identify relevant 360°/VR content platforms and utilize official APIs and compliant research methods for data aggregation. Phase 2: Data Enrichment Enrich creator profiles using AI: Categorize creators (travel, sports, entertainment, etc.) Identify top-performing content Extract potential business contact points (ONLY publicly available) Phase 3: Database & Dashboard Build a simple web dashboard to: Search/filter creators View creator profiles Tag and segment creators Clean UX is important but MVP-level is fine Phase 4: Outreach System Integrate email outreach system with: Personalization (AI-generated first lines based on creator content) Sequencing (follow-ups) Rate limiting and domain safety best practices Must avoid spam practices and comply with email regulations Tech Expectations: Strong experience with official APIs and compliant data collection methods Experience with AI/LLMs for enrichment and personalization Backend + simple frontend dashboard Experience with outreach tools (or building custom ones) Understanding of email deliverability is a big plus Important Notes: We are NOT looking for bulk spam systems We care about quality of data and smart targeting Preference for agencies who have built lead-gen or creator marketplace tools Deliverables: Working MVP system (database + outreach) Documentation Scalable architecture for future expansion To Apply: Please include: Relevant past projects (lead gen / AI tools) Your proposed architecture Suggested improvements to this system
