Build AI-Powered Business Database on Microsoft Power Platform

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform developer to build a governed, searchable business application for our organisation. The requirements are already documented in a detailed Functional Specification document along with UI mockups, so you will be building against a clear, agreed brief. The work is delivered in two phases: - Phase 1 is the core application: a Dataverse data model, an internal Power Apps app in Teams and the browser, an external Power Pages self-service portal, Power Automate workflows, and role-based security with a full audit trail. - Phase 2 adds AI-assisted features (running on AI Builder or Azure OpenAI). Phase 1 must be architected so Phase 2 can be added without reworking the security and audit model. You should have proven experience delivering business applications across Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Pages and Power Automate, with strong data-governance instincts around confidentiality, auditability and role-based access. AI Builder or Azure OpenAI experience is important for Phase 2.
