Build an AI-Powered Monthly Social Media Reporting Automation System

We’re a social media agency looking to build a smarter, faster, less soul-destroying way to create monthly client reports. At the moment, we manually pull data from different platforms, calculate month-on-month changes, write the commentary, and update designed report decks in Canva. We want to automate as much of this process as possible while still keeping a human review stage before reports are sent to clients. What we need We want a monthly reporting automation system that can pull data across multiple client accounts from platforms including Meta, Meta paid ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Sprout Social. Sprout handles a lot of our organic social reporting data, but paid activity may need to be tracked through each individual platform, such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads. We want the system to collect and organise that data automatically, rather than relying on manual exports every month. The system should organise reporting data by client, platform, and month, separate organic and paid performance properly, and calculate month-on-month changes for the key metrics.
