Expert Recruitment Consultant Needed to Build a High-Performance Hiring Funnel We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Hiring Funnel Expert to help us design and build a scalable recruitment process for our growing company. This project is not simply about posting job ads. We are looking for someone who understands how to attract, qualify, and filter candidates through a structured hiring funnel that identifies top performers while eliminating poor-fit applicants early in the process. Scope of Work We would like your assistance in developing a complete hiring funnel, including: Hiring strategy and funnel design Candidate qualification process Application flow and screening methodology Interview stages and evaluation criteria Candidate scorecards and hiring frameworks Recommendations for improving candidate quality and conversion rates Current Vision Our planned hiring funnel will include: 1. Opportunity Overview Presentation A concise PowerPoint presentation explaining: Our company The opportunity Who the role is ideal for Who the role is NOT ideal for Performance expectations Compensation structure Company culture and values 2. Candidate Application Online application form Pre-screening questions Experience and background questions Resume upload 3.
