Build SEO optimised wordpress site to house content for web3 services business

I need someone to design and set up a simple wordpress site that I can then later used as my CMS. The business does international legal entity formation for web 3 projects. I want the site to become an SEO resource, and to put up lots of posts on relevant topics. This would include resources on where to launch digital asset tokens, digital asset regulation, tax considerations for founders, different types of token launches, how to set up a DAO, etc. The design needs to look professional, but clearly signal that it is in blockchain, and for entrepreneurs. My two main audiences are startup founders and their legal advisors. My aim here is to create a solid and authoritative SEO resource, and then use this to collect enquiries. It doesn't need - yet - to have any particular inner functionality. i have a separate web app under development for that.
