Build a Simple Quiz Competition Web App (Laravel Preferred)

Description: I am looking for a developer to build a simple quiz competition web application. Features Required Admin Panel Add, edit, and delete quiz questions. Add teams (team names). Start and control the quiz manually. Mark each answer as Correct or Wrong by clicking a button. If the answer is correct, move to the next question. If the answer is wrong, the turn automatically moves to the next team. Quiz Flow Team 1 gets 30 seconds to answer. Every other team gets 10 seconds for their turn. Countdown timer should be visible. Questions are shown one at a time. Scoreboard Display all teams and their scores. Automatically rank teams based on points. Live leaderboard/billboard updates during the competition. Technical Requirements Laravel (preferred) or another suitable framework. Responsive and clean UI. Source code must be provided. Simple and easy-to-use admin panel.
