Build 2 Sites for my real estate companies in Wordpress

Summary U.S.-Based WordPress Designer and Developer Needed I am looking for an experienced, reliable, U.S.-based WordPress designer and developer to help build and improve several websites for businesses I own in California. My first project will be to rebuild my property management website. The goal is to create a cleaner, more modern, and more professional image for the company while making the website easy to understand and effective at generating new leads. After that project, I may also need help with websites and landing pages for my real estate company and my company that purchases houses directly from homeowners. This could become an ongoing working relationship for the right person. Most of the websites will be simple, scrolling-style websites rather than large or complicated sites. Each website will likely contain approximately 800 to 1,300 total words, organized into clear sections.
