We are a small company managing apartments and small buildings. Right now, heating and cooling is manual and not efficient. It costs too much and tenants are not always comfortable. We want to build our own smart climate system. Simple idea: The system should automatically keep good temperature and air quality in each room, without people needing to adjust things all the time. Example: If no one is in the room → lower heating If air is bad → increase ventilation If weather changes → adjust temperature If tenant is coming home → make it comfortable before arrival We want something simple, reliable, and easy to use.
