Build a Targeted Master TAM List (Ecommerce)

I’m looking for someone experienced in B2B data sourcing, lead generation and TAM list building to create a one-off, highly targeted ecommerce prospect list. This is not a generic scraping project. I need the list to match a very specific ICP as closely as possible. Who The companies/contacts should be: Ecommerce businesses selling physical products Approximately $50k–$500k USD in monthly revenue Currently active on Google Ads Based in English-speaking markets Contact should only be the Owner, Founder, CEO or Managing Director (no middle management) What I need a TAM list of companies matching the above criteria, including as much of the following data as possible: Company name Website First name Last name Job title LinkedIn profile Country Estimated ecommerce revenue Evidence that they are currently running Google Ads Work email Personal email Mobile/cell phone number Please explain in your application how you would identify and verify each of the key criteria, particularly ecommerce revenue and whether the company is currently active on Google Ads. When Immediately. I’m looking to hire someone who can start straight away and complete the project as quickly as reasonably possible without sacrificing data quality. Deliverables The final list should be delivered as a clean CSV file, with clearly labelled columns and one contact/company per row. Why The list will be used to support various marketing and outbound activities we are currently running. The quality of the targeting is therefore extremely important.
