Build AI Tool for YouTube Video Creation

I’m looking for an experienced AI developer to build a simple local desktop tool similar to https://produce.so The tool should: * Take a script as input * Automatically split it into scenes (every 5–10 seconds) * Generate an image for each scene * Maintain a consistent visual style throughout the project * Export all generated images in order The software should run locally on my Macbook and have a simple, user-friendly interface. I’m not technical, so I’m looking for someone who can take full ownership of the project, recommend the best technical approach, and handle development from start to finish.
