Build a Verified Database of Senior HR Leaders at Large Indian Tech & Manufacturing Firms

We are building a targeted contact database of senior HR decision-makers at mid-to-large enterprises in India and are looking for an experienced lead generation / data research specialist to build it accurately. Who we want in the database (company criteria — ALL must be met): Companies headquartered in or operating in India Annual revenue of ₹500 crore or above Minimum 500 employees Sector: Information Technology / Technology OR Manufacturing (please tag each company by sector) Who we want to reach (contact criteria): Tier 1: CHRO / Chief People Officer / VP–HR / Head of HR Tier 2: HR Directors and Senior HR Managers Please capture 2–3 relevant HR contacts per company where available, prioritising the most senior first. Data fields required for each contact (one row per contact): Company name Sector (IT/Tech or Manufacturing) Approx. annual revenue (₹ Cr) + source & year Approx. employee count + source HQ city / location Company website Company LinkedIn URL Contact full name Designation / exact title HR sub-function (e.g. TA, L&D, Rewards, Generalist) if identifiable Verified official email address Verified mobile / direct phone number Contact's LinkedIn profile URL Source of the contact (where you found it) Date verified Quality & verification requirements (important): All emails must be validated (run through a verification tool such as NeverBounce / ZeroBounce). Target bounce rate under 5%. Prefer direct personal emails, not generic inboxes (info@, hr@, careers@). Mobile numbers should be direct/personal where possible; flag any that are switchboard/main-line numbers. No fabricated or guessed data. Any pattern-guessed emails must be clearly marked as "guessed" and verified before inclusion. Deduplicate by contact and by company. Deliverable in Google Sheets (and Excel export), with the columns above. How we'll work: Please start with a paid sample batch of ~25–50 contacts so we can check accuracy and formatting before scaling to the full list. (Sizing target: ~500–1,000 qualifying companies.) We'll agree milestones after the sample is approved. Compliance: All data must be sourced legally from publicly available / legitimately licensed sources (e.g. LinkedIn, company sites, licensed data tools like Apollo, Lusha, RocketReach, ZoomInfo, SignalHire). Work must be consistent with India's DPDP Act 2023; this is B2B business-contact data for professional outreach.
