SCOPE The voice agent must handle six functions: Answer inbound calls 24/7 Book appointments via Calendly/TidyCal Job status lookup from Airtable/GoHighLevel Emergency/breakdown routing Message taking + instant SMS to owner Common workshop scenarios (service quotes, hours, tow requests) What I provide: Scripts, accounts, access, a kickoff call. What you deliver: Working agent, automation backend, SMS system, documentation, and a cloneable template. Screening requirements — include all six in your proposal or it will be rejected: Voice AI platform choice + justification Automation platform choice + justification Proof you've built voice AI before (link or description) Fixed-price bid broken into three parts Timeline confirmation (can you deliver in 2-4 weeks?) Include the word WRENCH Milestone payments — 30/40/30 split: 30% when the voice agent answers a call 40% when the full automation works end-to-end 30% when documentation is delivered and you've successfully cloned it
