Build Wordpress site using Elementor

PROJECT OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced WordPress/Elementor developer to implement the Ask Nuala website from a set of provided specification documents. This is an implementation project — the design decisions and content structure have already been made. SPECIFICATION DOCUMENTS You will receive five reference documents prior to starting work: 1. Design System Reference — fonts, colours, and logos approved for use 2. Home Page — high-resolution HTML wireframe 3. How We Work — high-resolution HTML wireframe 4. Advice Hub — high-resolution HTML wireframe (blog/advice section) 5. Our Team — high-resolution HTML wireframe IMPLEMENTATION GUIDELINES Use native Elementor widgets wherever possible. Pixel perfection is not required; however, the logos, fonts, and colours must match the Design System Reference exactly. Leave any missing images as clearly labelled placeholders. The client will supply final images after handover. The site must be templated so that global elements — in particular the header and footer — are managed in a single place and apply consistently across all pages. Any proposed use of custom CSS must be raised with and approved by the client before implementation. Do not add custom CSS without prior sign-off. The site must be fully responsive. All pages should display correctly on mobile and tablet devices, using Elementor's built-in responsive controls to adapt layouts for smaller screens. Mobile responsiveness should be verified on actual devices, not just browser resize. HOSTING AND PLATFORM The site is hosted on Kinsta. WordPress is already installed. No server configuration or hosting setup is required. SEO COMPLIANCE SEO is out of scope. However, the following basic guidelines should be adhered to: 1. Page speed: no bloated plugins, optimised images (WebP format), minimal render-blocking scripts. Target a Lighthouse performance score above 80 on mobile, excluding third-party scripts. 2. Clean heading hierarchy: one H1 per page, logical H2/H3 structure. 3. All images to have alt text placeholders in the build, for update later. 4. No text embedded in images. 5. Install and active the Rank Math SEO plugin, configured to meet minimal on-page SEO compliance, including: XML sitemap, robots.txt, meta title and description templates, and basic SEO settings for each page. 6. Implement basic Schema.org ProfessionalService schema with our name, location, and service description.
