Build an AI Workflow to Generate AI-Avatar Shorts at Scale

I'm looking for someone to build a repeatable workflow/system that produces up to 60-second short-form videos using my AI avatar. This is not an editing gig — I want the pipeline, not the videos. A separate editor will run this workflow to generate the raw elements.
