Build and Automate an Investor Relations & LP Origination Tech Stack (Zoho, Clay, Apollo, Smartlead)

We are a private credit fund building our LP origination and investor relations infrastructure from scratch and are looking for an experienced CRM and automation specialist to help design, configure, and integrate our end-to-end fundraising technology stack. This is not a simple CRM setup. We are building a complete LP origination and relationship management system covering prospect sourcing, enrichment, outreach, engagement tracking, CRM workflows, and investor communications. Current planned stack includes: * Zoho One / Zoho CRM * Apollo.io * LinkedIn Sales Navigator * Clay * Smartlead * MailerLite * Digify * Zapier and/or Zoho Flow Project Scope - We are looking for someone who can: * Configure and customize Zoho CRM * Design CRM objects, fields, pipelines, and workflows * Build automations between CRM and outreach tools * Configure lead/contact management processes * Set up Smartlead and outbound email infrastructure * Configure email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) * Connect MailerLite and CRM systems * Integrate Digify engagement data into CRM workflows * Build reporting and dashboard functionality * Create scalable processes and documentation Preferred Experience - Strong preference will be given to candidates who have experience with: * Zoho CRM implementations * Apollo.io * Clay * Smartlead * Zapier or workflow automation platforms * Investor relations, fundraising, venture capital, private equity, family office, or institutional sales workflows When Applying - Please include: 1.
