Build 3 mobile Jotform boat inspection forms with photos, PDFs, signatures, and automatic emails.

I need a mobile-friendly Jotform inspection system created for my boat-service business. The form should begin by asking me to select one of three inspection types: 1. Pre-Purchase Inspection 2. Monthly Service Inspection 3. Courtesy Inspection Each inspection type has different inspection items. Based on my selection, the form should use conditional logic to display only the applicable sections and questions. The system must include: * Customer and boat information * Good, Fair, Needs Attention, and Not Inspected selections * A notes field for each inspection item * The ability to take and upload photographs from my phone * Voice-to-text compatibility for entering notes * Inspector signature * Conditional logic for the three inspection types * The ability to save an unfinished inspection and continue later * A professional PDF report for each inspection type * Automatic emailing of the completed PDF to the customer and me * A clear summary of items marked Fair or Needs Attention * A mobile-friendly layout that is fast and easy to complete * Testing on both a phone and computer I already have a four-page Pre-Purchase Inspection report that will be provided as the starting point. I will also provide the inspection items for the Monthly Service Inspection and Courtesy Inspection. The form must be created inside or transferred into my own Jotform account. I must retain full ownership and be able to edit the questions, email wording, and PDF reports myself. Please include revisions, complete testing, and a brief explanation or video showing me how to use and edit the system. Before accepting the project, please confirm that you have experience with Jotform conditional logic, PDF Editor, photo uploads, and automated PDF email attachments.
