Build a modern website with Expert Full-Stack Laravel Developer

We are looking for an Expert Full-Stack Laravel Developer to build a complete website with both front and backend for a healthcare website / platform. The project involves building an automated data pipeline that interacts with a large-scale government registry API and delivering a high-performance frontend search interface. The system will ingest, parse, and handle approximately 600,000 deep records. 🛠️ Core Technical Stack: Backend: Laravel (Latest Stable Version) Database: PostgreSQL (with PostGIS enabled) Frontend: Laravel Blade + Livewire + Alpine.js (No heavy decoupled frameworks like React/Vue) API Integration: REST / OpenAPI JSON data parsing and chunked background queuing systems 📋 Core Scope of Work: Automated Sync Engine: Write an optimized Laravel Artisan scheduler to pull public data from an external OpenAPI v2 REST registry (API instructions will be available from government website). The script must handle large JSON datasets via chunked queuing to separate active records from historical data without hitting memory walls. Geospatial & Text Search: Develop a lightning-fast search page using Laravel Livewire. It must combine PostgreSQL’s native Full-Text Search (for text queries) with PostGIS to calculate distance radius filtering (e.g., matching users to locations within X miles). Data Protection: Implement standard database column-level encryption for user input forms following modern data security guardrails. ⚙️ Project Terms & Management: This is a Fixed-Price Contract split into clear, verifiable milestones. We require daily code pushes to our private GitHub repository. You will be required to maintain a running staging/testing environment from week two onward.
