Build our new homepage from a finished design (responsive, with an editable breakroom carousel)

Overview We're Coolbreakrooms, an online resource that helps companies upgrade their breakrooms and connects them with refreshment providers. Our site runs on WordPress. We have a new homepage design ready and need a WordPress developer to build it as a live, responsive page that drops into our existing site. The design, copy, brand colors, logo, and fonts are all finalized, so this is an implementation job, not a design job. Our team needs to be able to update the featured breakrooms ourselves through WordPress, without going back to a developer each time. What you'll build A responsive homepage that matches the approved design across desktop, tablet, and mobile, built into our existing WordPress site. The centerpiece: a breakroom spotlight carousel that rotates through featured companies. Each slide has a photo, company name, location, a short blurb, and a link. It should auto-advance, pause on hover, and support arrows, clickable thumbnails, keyboard control, and swipe on mobile. Full WordPress editability for that carousel: our team should be able to add, reorder, and remove spotlight slides and swap photos and text from the WordPress admin, with no code. Advanced Custom Fields or a custom block is fine; tell us what you'd use and why. All other sections from the design: the featured breakroom deep-dive, breakroom options, service providers, design services, refreshment services, and the join call to action. Working navigation, buttons, and links, including the "submit your breakroom" action. Requirements Clean, well-structured WordPress build that works with our current theme and plugins without breaking existing pages. Fast and lightweight: optimized images, lazy loading, minimal bloat, good load times. Accessible: proper alt text, readable contrast, full keyboard navigation on the carousel. Basic on-page SEO: page title, meta description, heading structure, image alt text. Tested on current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, plus iOS and Android. Faithful to the design, using our exact logo, colors, and fonts. We'll provide The approved homepage as a working HTML, CSS, and JavaScript mockup. Logo files, brand color codes, and font details. Photos and copy for the first set of featured breakrooms. WordPress admin access and details on our current theme and plugins.
