Job title Build a small Cloudflare Pages and D1 searchable evidence database from CSV Budget Fixed price upto £250. No hourly work. No paid plugins or subscriptions unless agreed in writing first. Summary I need a lean public beta website for City Health Evidence Finder. It is a searchable evidence database of city health initiatives. The private evidence database is maintained elsewhere. This job is only to build a public search interface using a cleaned CSV export. Required stack - Cloudflare Pages - Cloudflare D1 - Cloudflare Workers or Pages Functions if needed for search/API routes - Plain HTML/CSS/JavaScript or a simple static framework - Leaflet for a basic world map - OpenStreetMap tiles with correct attribution - Cloudflare Web Analytics Core functionality 1. Import a CSV public export into Cloudflare D1. 2. Show searchable, paginated results. 3. Support filters for region, country, city, health issue, issue category, municipal lever, implementation status, source type, impact evidence class and verification status. 4. Show a simple world map with a dot for each matching city using latitude and longitude from the CSV. 5. Clicking a map dot should show city name and matching records, or link to filtered results. 6. Create individual case detail pages using stable slugs. 7. Include static pages: Home, Evidence Finder, Method, About, Submit a case, Contact, Terms. 8. Do not expose, publish or allow download of the database. 9. Use selected public fields only. No internal notes, source register, review queue, agent prompts or full workbook. 10. Deploy to my Cloudflare account and connect cityhealthevidence.org. 11. Provide clear handover notes for a non-technical owner. IP and ownership All custom code, configuration, database schema, page structure, content, design adaptation and project-specific work produced for this project must be owned by Dr Shaun Danielli on full payment. The work must not be reused, resold, published or displayed without written permission. No work should remain only in the freelancer's private account. Milestones 1. Working local prototype using dummy CSV. 2. D1 import, search, filters, pagination, case detail pages and map working. 3. Deployment to Cloudflare, domain connection, analytics, README and handover.
