tI need a list of 1,000 UK facilities management and building maintenance companies, each with a named decision maker and a verified email address. Company criteria UK only Between 10 and 100 employees Independent companies. Exclude anything owned by or part of Mitie, OCS, CBRE, ISS, Sodexo or Serco Must provide FM, building maintenance, mechanical and electrical, or planned maintenance services to other businesses Exclude in-house FM teams, local councils, NHS trusts, universities and schools Exclude domestic-only trades such as household plumbers and domestic electricians Contact criteria One contact per company. Job title must be one of: Managing Director, Director or Owner, Operations Director, Operations Manager, Contracts Manager, or Head of Service Delivery. Named individual work addresses only, in first initial and surname or firstname dot surname format at the company domain. Generic or shared inboxes such as info, enquiries, sales, admin, accounts or hello will be rejected. Verification Every email must be verified through a reputable verification service and returned as valid. Catch-all and unknown results are not acceptable. Please tell me which service you use.
