We are an India-based Chartered Accountancy and financial advisory firm looking for an experienced B2B lead generator or appointment setter to help us source high-ticket loan and debt financing requirements. Our advisory team is led by top-ranking Chartered Accountants with deep expertise in structuring corporate credit, project finance, and working capital solutions. We are looking for leads and client introductions in three distinct segments (India and Global): 1. Commercial Real Estate & Construction Finance: Real estate developers and construction companies looking for project funding, construction finance, inventory funding, or lease rental discounting (LRD). 2. Startup Debt & Venture Debt: Growth-stage startups looking for non-dilutive funding, working capital lines, or venture debt to extend runway. 3. Structured Corporate Loans: Established SMEs and mid-corporate entities seeking large-scale working capital, term loans, or external commercial borrowings (ECBs). What we expect: 1. You have a proven track record of reaching out to C-level executives, founders, and directors via LinkedIn, cold email, or direct networking. 2. You understand the basics of corporate credit or project finance enough to qualify a lead (e.g., assessing their minimum funding requirement and readiness). 3.
