Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist (Accounting Services) I’m looking for a proactive and resourceful individual to help grow my accounting and bookkeeping business that serves U.S. small businesses from Pakistan. Your responsibilities may include: * Finding potential clients through Google Maps, LinkedIn, directories, and other platforms * Cold calling and/or cold emailing business owners * Pitching our bookkeeping, QuickBooks, tax, and accounting services * Building prospect lists and managing outreach * Assisting with website improvements or basic marketing tasks if needed * Suggesting and implementing creative ways to generate qualified leads I’m not looking for someone who only follows instructions—I want someone who can think independently, bring ideas to the table, and help build a client acquisition system from the ground up. Requirements: * Excellent English communication skills * Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development * Comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners * Self-motivated and results-driven * Experience in the accounting or financial services industry is a plus but not required
