Build web site for a Personal web site for a Business Person

I am NOT a life coach, a motivational speaker, or an 'influencer'. I am building a 7-section personal website to house my intellectual property, my executive methodology, and my speaking portfolio. THE AESTHETIC (CRITICAL): If your portfolio consists of bubbly animations, script fonts, gradient backgrounds, or smiling stock photos, do not apply. This website must look like a high-end boardroom dossier or a luxury architecture firm. We call this 'Daylight Architecture'. Itwill inlcude a video - Massive amounts of clean white space. - Harsh, clinical black text. - Typography-first design (the words do the heavy lifting). - Zero bouncy/distracting scroll animations. - (If using Webflow, the aesthetic target is something similar to the Alphabrand 'Taggart' template). THE SCOPE: 1. I already have 100% of the website copy completely finalized. I do not need a copywriter or a 'brand strategist'. 2. I need an executioner who understands grid alignment, typography, and visual restraint to map my copy to a premium Webflow or Framer template. 3. The site must be fully responsive (desktop/mobile). THE TIMELINE: In know tghe breiof says 1-3 months but that is the form strucutre of Upwork- I fully expect to be done in just a few days Since the copy is finished and the aesthetic rules are rigidly defined, this should be a fast build for a true professional. In your proposal, give me your estimated turnaround time. (Hint: if you need 7 to 10 days for a template customization, you are too slow for this project).
